Ahari Tashiel Spaulding-Salal, 40, was called to heaven on November 18, 2014.

 

Ahari was born March 21, 1974 to Mahmud A Salal and Ahari T Salal in Akron, Ohio. 

 

She was a loving and devoted daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and godmother who would give her all for her family. She entered heaven into the welcoming arms of family (grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins and extended family) who were called home before her.

 

She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Ahari (Otis) McAlpine and father, 

Mahmud (Enetta) Salal; grandmother, Dorothy M Becton; daughter El’Shaddai Salal-Welch; sons Akiel Salal, Demetrius Parker; sisters, Dr. Victoria (William) Sheppard, Terri Faulkner, Desiree Montgomery, Teare (Barry) Brewington; brothers, Edward R. Spaulding, Isma’El Salal,; grandchildren, Antonio McMullen, Kaitlynn Ammons, London Caldwell, Antonio Felding; nieces, Pasha Sanders, Celeste Montgomery; nephews, Jakiel Sanders, Jamahl Montgomery; godchildren, Josiah, Jonae, Jani; special friend Rayshawn Austin and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

 

In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place.
